Voice SMS rates are for promotional calls, charged per call or pulse. Totals are shown before GST. Credits already used cannot be refunded, and DLT registration and operator fees are billed separately.

Payment terms
Annual subscriptions, monthly marketing fees and message credits are payable in advance. Website projects are billed 50% in advance, 30% on design approval and 20% before launch. Other project invoices are payable within 7 days unless your statement of work says otherwise.
Accepted methods
UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards, and bank transfer, processed through a regulated payment provider. We never store your card or UPI credentials.
Late payment
Overdue amounts carry interest at 1.5% per month, and we may suspend delivery until the account is settled.
Minimum term
No lock-in and no exit fee. Monthly services end with 30 days’ written notice from either side; for digital marketing we recommend a 3-month initial engagement. Annual subscriptions are paid a year in advance, and the Refund Policy sets out what happens if you cancel mid-year.
Refunds and cancellation
A full refund if you cancel in writing within 7 days of payment and before work starts. After that, pro-rata for work not delivered. If we fail to deliver what your statement of work commits us to, we re-perform at our cost or refund the undelivered portion. SMS, RCS and voice credits already consumed cannot be recovered, because the operators bill us for them.
